Upwork Bidder

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to work the night shift from 9 PM to 5 AM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully bidding on projects and securing contracts on Upwork. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, submitting proposals, and collaborating with our team to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

● Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

● Technical Knowledge of multiple web development stacks.

● Create and conduct effective proposal presentations to win customers.

● Bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork (specifically), Fiver, Freelance, etc.

● Lead Generation and Email Marketing.

● Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met.

● Expand our customer base by identifying business opportunities.

● Generate referrals and leads through marketing tactics.

Qualifications

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● At least 1 years of Business Development experience.

● Must have knowledge and experience of Upwork, Fiverr, Sales Navigator, and Email Marketing.

● Excellent Communication and Negotiating skills.

● Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents.

● Prior experience in Shopify, Website development, and app development sales would be a plus.

● Great written and verbal skills.

● Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through.

● Positive and problem-solving attitude.

● An organized and strong systems builder and team player.

● Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

● Objective and task-oriented.
