Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on Relevant Projects: Actively search for and bid on projects that align with the company’s expertise and services on Upwork.
- Proposal Writing: Draft compelling and customized proposals that highlight the company’s strengths and fit the client’s needs.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential clients through Upwork messages, responding promptly to inquiries, and negotiating project terms and pricing.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends and client demands.
- Profile Management: Maintain and optimize the company's Upwork profile, ensuring all information is up-to-date and represents the company effectively.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads by using effective bidding strategies.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospective clients and existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Reporting: Track and report on bidding activities, including success rates, feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project requirements and determine if the company is a good fit.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools and platforms, with a basic understanding of the services being offered (e.g., web development, graphic design, content writing).
