Upwork Bidder

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder at Devnity. The Upwork Bidder will manage and submit bids on various projects on Upwork. They will work closely with the sales and marketing team to analyze project requirements and develop proposals. The Upwork Bidder will also maintain relationships with clients and negotiate contract terms. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role
• Must be shown proven experience
• Strong knowledge of the Upwork platform and bidding process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze project requirements and develop persuasive proposals
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
