Description:
The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for:
- Bidding Management: Regularly monitoring Upwork for potential projects fitting our skill set and business goals. Efficiently managing the bidding process to ensure a high rate of success.
- Proposal Development: Crafting customized proposals that effectively communicate our strengths and value propositions, tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Client Interaction: Initiating and maintaining professional communication with potential clients, following up on proposals, and effectively handling pre-sales queries.
- Profile Optimization: Regularly updating and optimizing our Upwork profile to enhance visibility and attract more high-quality projects.
- Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with market trends on Upwork to adapt bidding strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports on bidding activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, with a track record of successful proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, bidding process, and client management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
