🔍 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.

Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.

Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with the Upwork platform and other freelance marketplaces.

A basic understanding of software development, graphic design, digital marketing, etc is a plus.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Upwork and other freelance platforms for relevant project opportunities.

Write customized, persuasive proposals to potential clients.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information.

Collaborate with our team to ensure project scopes are understood.

Maintain a pipeline of proposals and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and client engagement.

Provide regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes.
