We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and applying for relevant Amazon Private Label projects on Upwork. You will craft compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and win new clients for Optimize Solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Actively search for new Amazon Private Label projects on Upwork that align with our company's services.

* Analyze project requirements and understand client needs.

* Develop and submit high-quality proposals that highlight our experience and value proposition.

* Communicate effectively with potential clients on Upwork to answer questions and address concerns.

* Manage deadlines and ensure proposals are submitted within the timeframe.

* Track proposal performance and identify areas for improvement.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Upwork bidding.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.

* Strong understanding of Amazon Private Label and the associated services.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.

* Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central a plus.
