Description:
As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction on the Upwork platform. You will collaborate with various teams to drive platform growth, analyze data for strategic improvements, and execute marketing and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will also include providing guidance on Upwork's services, resolving client concerns, and monitoring key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships on the Upwork platform to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance the platform's performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for strategic enhancements.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Offer guidance to clients regarding Upwork's services, features, and offerings.
- Address client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of O/A Levels or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience of at least 6 months as an Upwork executive or freelancer (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork's platform and policies.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
