Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (on-site in Islamabad with remote work), and we are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder who will be responsible for managing Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for submitting proposals, negotiating project costs, and creating new business opportunities for our company. Other duties include creating and updating company profiles and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelance.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in comprehending technical concepts and addressing tender inquiries effectively.
- Delivering clear and concise responses within defined timelines and goals.

- Compose web content, craft emails, and develop project proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities and solutions.

- Consistently submit 20 high-quality bids per day to both existing and potential clients, ensuring bids are on time and within budget constraints.
- Establish a strong portfolio presence on Upwork and our company website to showcase our expertise and attract potential projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder with a successful track record of securing projects and delivering results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of various industries and project requirements to tailor bids accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards achieving targets and surpassing expectations.
- 2-3 years of experience working as an Upwork bidder
