Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and apply to relevant job postings on Upwork, in order to generate new leads and win new projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Write persuasive proposals, which highlight our expertise, experience, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that proposals accurately reflect our capabilities and can be successfully executed.
• Track and report on the status of proposals, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all necessary follow-up is completed.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
• A proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
