As an Upseller, you will interact with existing customers to identify opportunities for additional product or service sales, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently exceed sales targets by utilizing effective upselling techniques.
• Maximize sales revenue through targeted customer interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Working Hours:

• Evening/Night Shifts:
  • 6 PM to 3 AM
  • 7 PM to 4 AM
