Pear Pixels, a forward-thinking Social Media Marketing platform, is on the lookout for dynamic professionals to fill the roles of Upseller, Front Seller, and Marketer. These roles are pivotal in building strong client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and expanding the organization’s customer base.

The Upseller will focus on engaging with existing clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting relevant upgrades or additional services that align with their business goals. The Front Seller will serve as the face of the company, actively pitching services to prospective clients, fostering trust, and closing deals. The Marketer will strategize and execute social media campaigns, enhancing the brand's online presence and driving leads.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Proactively reaching out to new customers and pitching services.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in Social Media Marketing to offer cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
