Ui/ux Developer

Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and help us create exceptional user experiences for our digital products.

Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and optimize user experiences.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Experience

- Proven UI/UX development experience, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

- Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experiences

- Experience: 3-4 years

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple websites efficiently.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Portfolio is a must for applying in this job (Can be links, third party portfolio websites and pictures).

- Must have own laptop/PC with internet availability.
