Key Responsibilities

🎨 UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to improve UX.
• Create design systems and component libraries for scalable web applications.

💻 Web Development:

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web applications using HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize UI performance and maintain a seamless user experience.

🚀 Collaboration & Innovation:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Implement UI animations and interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, web technologies, and UX best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

✔️ UI/UX Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

✔️ Web Technologies: HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

✔️ Front-end Frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js (Bonus: Angular)

✔️ Prototyping & Wireframing: Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq

✔️ UX Research & Testing: Heatmaps, A/B Testing, User Surveys

✔️ Performance Optimization: Responsive design, Web accessibility (WCAG), SEO best practices

✔️ Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab

✔️ CMS Experience (Bonus): WordPress, Webflow, Shopify
