Description:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in creating visually appealing and highly functional digital products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs align with business objectives and elevate user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Prototyping: Create and iterate on high-quality UI/UX designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling designs.
- User-Centered Design: Utilize human-centered design principles to solve complex problems and enhance user experience.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve our products.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure attention to detail in design files, adhering to design best practices and standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and validate design changes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
