Ui/ux Designer

Description:

We are looking for a UX/UI designer, with a passion for creating efficient web and native apps, seeking an On-Site position in a UX/UI career path. The ideal candidate would be an experienced and talented designer to shapes unique, user-centric products and experiences, who will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth interaction.

Responsibilities:

-Work closely and collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA team members in an Empowered Team approach.

-Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.

-Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, typography, whitespace, visual weight, etc.)

-Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in the UX discipline. Also, be familiar with UX Laws.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

-2-3 years of experience in graphic, UI, and UX design.

-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision.

-Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects.

-Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
