Ui/ux Designer

Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer at LaunchBox Pakistan, you will play a key role in crafting user-centric designs for our digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, with a strong understanding of user experience principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.

2. Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes to create effective information structures and navigation systems.

3. Convert the designed wireframes into breathtaking and captivating UI Designs and Prototypes.

4. Work with Account/Project managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences and user interfaces.

5. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and changing project requirements.

6. Design and maintain a UI-UX style guide and design system to ensure consistency and visual language across all Designs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of Experience Required.

2. Professional certifications or a Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field would be a plus.

3. Candidates with a portfolio of UX design work that demonstrates the ability to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces across multiple platforms will be preferred.

4. Proficiency in Figma and Flow Charts is a must.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams is required.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
