Ui/ux Designer

Description:

Zilon International, Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to transform software into intuitive, user-friendly products. This role requires gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with UI/UX design tools and wireframing software and possess a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Gather and analyze user requirements through research, interviews, and usability testing.
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
✅ Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand and UI consistency across products.
✅ Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
✅ Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability data, and business goals.
✅ Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility in all designs.
✅ Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to enhance user experience.
✅ Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
✅ Advocate for a user-first mindset throughout the design process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver), Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
✔ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
✔ Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus.
✔ Ability to discuss and explain design concepts and options effectively.
✔ Detail-oriented, problem solver, and customer-focused approach.
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills.
✔ Awareness of modern design trends and ability to create fresh, market-relevant designs.
