Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the digital experience for products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user journey design, wireframing, prototyping, and adherence to industry standards such as Android UI guidelines and iOS user guidelines. This role requires creative thinking, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user behavior to create seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and intuitive user experiences that align with digital transformation goals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions based on data.
• Optimize user journeys and interaction designs to enhance product usability.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and platform-specific UI guidelines (Android, iOS, Web).
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align design with business needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Improve accessibility and inclusive design principles across platforms.
