Ui/ux Designer

Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with up to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve existing designs.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and iteration.

3. UI Design:
- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

4. UX Design:
- Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Optimize user journeys to enhance usability and satisfaction.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements and project goals.

6. Testing & Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

7. Stay Updated:
- Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Axure or Proto.io.

3. Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

4. Design Principles:
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing).
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
