The iBOS is actively hiring a UI/UX Designer to join its creative team in Karachi. This is a full-time onsite position for talented individuals passionate about creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both UI/UX design and website development, with a strong design portfolio that demonstrates expertise in delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless design-to-development integration.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with project goals.
• Implement best practices for responsive design and web accessibility standards.
• Create graphics, icons, and visuals for digital products, ensuring a consistent brand identity.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance existing designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design technologies to apply innovative solutions.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and website development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX projects, and graphic design work.

Required Skills:
✔ Proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
✔ Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
✔ Familiarity with back-end basics and CMS platforms like WordPress.
✔ Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
✔ Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
✔ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
