Ui/ux Designer

Description:

We are looking for a talented *UI/UX Designer* with *3+ years of experience* to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences. This role requires a mix of creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles, user psychology, and industry best practices.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *User Interface (UI) Design:* Create modern, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications.

- *User Experience (UX) Design:* Conduct user research, define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance usability.

- *Prototyping & Wireframing:* Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like *Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch*.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.

- *Usability Testing:* Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and refine designs based on user feedback.

- *Design Systems & Branding:* Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency in UI components and brand identity.

- *Accessibility & Responsiveness:* Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and optimized for various screen sizes and devices

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- *3+ years of experience* in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong proficiency in *Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools*.

- Experience with *wireframing, prototyping, and user testing*.

- Understanding of *user-centered design principles* and best practices.

- Ability to *interpret business goals and user needs* into compelling design solutions.

- Experience in *designing for mobile-first and responsive web interfaces*.

- Knowledge of *HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts* (coding skills are a plus but not required).

- Strong *communication and collaboration* skills.

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

*Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):*

- Experience with *motion design* (After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.

- Familiarity with *design systems* like Material Design or Apple Human Interface Guidelines.

- Basic knowledge of *usability testing tools* like Hotjar, Maze, or UserTesting.
