Ui/ux Designer

Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Wanile Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience, user research, and product design. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts

Ensure designs are consistent with the overall product vision and branding guidelines

Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design

Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

Good communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field is a plus
