Jaspi.io is looking for a UI Designer with a strong eye for detail and expertise in Figma to create high-quality user interfaces for web applications and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, engaging, and modern UI experiences, collaborating with developers, product designers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ UI Design & Prototyping:

• Create high-quality UI designs & prototypes using Figma aligned with product goals.
• Develop interactive prototypes with animations and user flows.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.

✅ Design Systems & Consistency:

• Build and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Maintain consistency across screens and platforms.

✅ Attention to Detail & Aesthetics:

• Apply strong typography, color theory, spacing, and layout principles.
• Refine UI details to ensure polished, high-quality designs.

✅ Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with developers, product designers, and stakeholders to implement UI solutions.
• Provide clear design handoffs and documentation for seamless development execution.

✅ User-Centered Approach & Modern UI Trends:

• Apply user-centered design principles to enhance usability.
• Stay updated with modern UI trends and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
💻 Experience: 4+ years in UI design, including 2+ years of hands-on Figma experience.
🖌 Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, animations, and component libraries.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI components.
  🗣 Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers and product teams.
