Description:
The Trucking Logistics Sales and Dispatch role involves a combination of sales and dispatch responsibilities within the logistics department. The individual in this position is responsible for securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and efficiently coordinating the dispatch of trucking logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and target potential clients through market research and industry analysis.
· Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
· Address client concerns and inquiries promptly.
Sales Presentations:
· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
· Highlight the company's capabilities and value propositions.

· Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
· Draft and review contracts in collaboration with the legal department.

Compliance and Documentation:
· Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, deliveries, and dispatch activities.
