Description:
Alpha Enterprises is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher & Sales Representative for call center jobs in the Lahore office. This full-time, on-site position involves coordinating trucking assignments, managing logistics operations, and driving new business opportunities in the US market. Strong experience with DAT Load Board and Truck Stop is essential for the dispatching role, while sales experience is key to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Truck Dispatcher:
• Respond to dispatch calls and manage urgent and scheduled deliveries.
• Maintain carrier relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver routes and manage invoicing (factoring).
• Oversee fees, layovers, and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with logistics processes (e.g., TONU, deadheading, detention).
Sales Representative:
• Identify and secure new clients via cold calling, meetings, and networking in the call center.
• Develop customized logistics solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address inquiries.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Established relationships with carriers and industry knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., DAT Load Board).
• Strong communication and sales/negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of truck types, logistics processes, and US market operations.
