Truck Dispatcher

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays
• Plan and schedule routes to optimize delivery times
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ months of experience in truck dispatch
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Load Boards
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with federal and state transportation regulations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
