Role Overview:

As a Travel Sales and Booking Specialist, you will be a vital part of our agency's growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with travel inquiries, providing expert advice, and tailoring travel packages to meet their needs.
• Handling reservations, ticketing, and booking accommodations and transportation.
• Managing Umrah package inquiries and bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
• Overseeing visa processing for various destinations.
• Utilizing your social media skills to promote our services and engage with customers online.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in travel sales and booking, with knowledge of global travel destinations and booking systems.
• IATA certification is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Umrah packages and visa processing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Proficiency in social media platforms for marketing and customer engagement.
