As a Flights Booking Agent, you will assist customers with flight reservations, manage inquiries, and provide top-notch travel information. Your role will include processing reservations, addressing client needs, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Handle flight inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Provide detailed information about flight options, schedules, prices, and airline policies.

• Process bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.

• Resolve customer complaints related to flight bookings promptly and professionally.

• Stay updated on airline regulations, travel restrictions, and industry trends.

🛠 Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcome for internship programs).

• Proficiency in computer reservation systems (CRS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
