Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel Services Management:

    • Efficiently manage travel bookings, including airfare, hotels, and limousine services.
    • Handle ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and changes with precision.
    • Ensure all arrangements are accurate, timely, and aligned with client preferences.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Provide personalized and exceptional customer support during the booking and post-sales processes.
    • Address client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a professional, team-oriented environment to foster positive client relationships.
  3. Reservation Systems and Processes:

    • Operate advanced reservation systems like Sabre (preferred), Amadeus, or Galileo with expertise.
    • Stay updated on airline policies, visa requirements, refund processes, and travel guidelines.
  4. Documentation and Coordination:

    • Prepare travel-related documents with accuracy, including itineraries, invoices, and confirmations.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Reservation Systems Expertise:
    Proficiency in Sabre is highly preferred. Knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo is also acceptable.

  • Professional Experience:
    At least 1 year of experience working with international travel agencies is mandatory.

  • Language and Communication Skills:
    Fluency in both spoken and written English for seamless communication with clients and partners.

  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for effective coordination and documentation.

  • Knowledge Base:
    Strong understanding of:

    • Airline regulations and travel policies.
    • Visa processes and ticketing protocols.
    • Refunds and hotel reservation procedures.
  • Flexibility for Night Shifts:
    Must be available to work night shifts only (8 PM–5 AM) for six days a week.
