Training & Support Executive

 

Description:

Responsibilities

* Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product

* Promote the company’s product by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

* Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platform’s blended learning solution are met

* Assist teachers to use digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide

recommendations on best teaching practices

* Provide support and feedback after solution deployment

* Provide training and conduct learning workshops/boot camps

* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

* Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the support & engagement processes

* Plan and oversee new business development initiatives

* Create reports and plans for the prospective clients.

 

Skills required

* 01 – 3 years of experience

* Experiencing in marketing & sales will be preferred

* Experience in customer support is a plus

* Strong communication and IT fluency

* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

* Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player

* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task

* Takes initiative and is able to work under pressure

* should be proficient enough in using Microsoft office tools

 

Education/Eligibility

*Bachelors/Masters’ degree in Engineering, CS/IT, Education, Business Administration or related discipline

*Traveling: 70% travel required.
