Training Division Manager

 

Description:

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Training Division Manager to lead our training division's sales and development efforts. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding our training offerings, and building a strong sales team to promote our training programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the training division.

2. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with clients.

3. Build and manage a high-performing sales team to promote our training programs.

4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training programs and curricula.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

7. Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand our reach.

8. Lead cross-functional teams to launch new training programs and initiatives.

9. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

10. Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

 

Requirements:

 

- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with the training industry and adult learning principles
