QTO House, an International Construction Estimation Company based in Lahore, is seeking fresh graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering to join their Estimation Team as Trainee MEP Engineers. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Participate in a structured 6-month training program covering estimation processes, technical documentation, and project coordination.
✅ Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and project reports for international construction projects.
✅ Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to understand client requirements and deliver accurate cost analyses.
✅ Conduct performance reviews every 2 months during the training phase to assess progress.
✅ Learn and apply industry-standard tools and software for estimation and reporting.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
✔ Minimum CGPA 3.0.
✔ No prior experience required — fresh graduates with a passion for learning and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
✔ Team player with excellent communication skills.
