As a Trainee Marketing Specialist at Empiric Technology, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support our business objectives from a Sales and Marketing perspective. This is an ideal position for a proactive and results-driven aspiring marketer with passion for digital marketing, content strategy, brand development, fostering sales via marketing and campaign management. You’ll work closely with our creative, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Digital Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.

· Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content that aligns with Empiric Technology’s brand voice and engages target audiences.

· SEO & Web Analytics: Monitor and optimize website performance using SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

· Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating engaging posts, monitoring audience interactions, and growing our following on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

· Campaign Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future performance.

· Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing practices to keep our strategies innovative and relevant.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

· Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, reinforcing Empiric Technology’s brand identity and values.

 

Qualifications

 

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

· Experience: No experience required. However a good portfolio of internships in digital marketing, content creation, or related fields will be a big plsu.

· Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software).

· Content Creation: Excellent writing and content creation skills, with an ability to create and adapt content for various digital platforms.

· Analytical Skills: Some experience with SEO and data analytics, with a keen eye for tracking metrics and understanding user behavior.

· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Adaptability & Problem Solving: Flexibility to pivot in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

· Teamwork & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
