Ticketing & Reservation Specialist

Description:

Karwan-e-Khalil is seeking an experienced Ticketing & Reservation Specialist with strong expertise in Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus for ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the travel industry and be capable of handling various customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

✔ 7-8 years of experience in the travel industry
✔ Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus systems
✔ Ability to handle walk-in customers, social media inquiries, and corporate clients
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and customer service expertise

Preferred Experience:

Candidates who have previously worked at Quality Aviation, American Express, or Sastaticket will be given preference.
