Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in web technologies and software testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Selenium, Puppeteer, Python, PHP, and web scraping. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of our PHAAS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Puppeteer.
- Write, execute, and update automated test scripts to enhance performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand feature requirements and develop effective test strategies.
- Utilize Python and PHP for scripting and automation of test procedures.
- Implement web scraping techniques to gather data for testing purposes.
- Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or flaws found during testing.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to improve test processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of web testing tools such as Selenium and Puppeteer.
- Proficient in programming languages, especially Python and PHP.
- Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques.
- Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
