Territory Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow our business in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor and dealer relationships, developing the market, and ensuring strong brand presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in the Karachi region.

Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and customer engagement.

Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s reach.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic planning.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and logistics support.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricants, automotive, or FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of the Karachi market and local distribution channels.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Own conveyance is a must.
