Territory Sales Manager

Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience of Sales in FMCG

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets while identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and submit timely reports to improve results and inform management of market dynamics.
• Build strong relationships with clients and distributors, conduct regular visits, and collaborate with marketing and sales support teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure optimal use of resources, maintain company assets, and oversee the integrity of trade offers, incentives, and compliance.
