Maple Leaf Cement is looking for dynamic, self-motivated & result oriented individuals who are passionately willing to be a
part of our Grey Cement Division Sales Team. CVs are invited for following position, based at Maple Leaf Cement Factory
Limited.
Major Responsibilities:
To establish and achieve sales objectives by formulating and implinenting sales plan(s) for designated areas/regions support of national objectives.
To maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities and developing existing customer base in line with the overall sales objectives.
Develop and increase sales revenue to meet the assigned targets.
Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information and identify threats that can affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
MBA/BBA (Hons.) Marketing with relevant experience of 2 to 4 years preferably in cement or retail industry.
Understanding of customer trends and ability to produce and execute innovative ideas.
Team player with excellent intercultural competencies
Proactive, creative and positive attitude
Strong Interpersonal,Communication & Presentation Skills
