Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Coordinate in relation to stock shortage in the market.
- Seek support from the Logistics & Warehousing department to deliver stock on the same day and ensure timely deliver to the shoppers and distributors.
- Engage for last minute orders placed by large wholesalers LMT and IMTs and coordinate to ensure last minute orders are placed on priority in order to generate sales.
- Manage communication to execute marketing tools for requirements i.e., special discounts, activities and events received by high profile customers and companies.
- Evaluate the financial credibility of distributors prior to on-boarding in order to ensure achievements of the sales targets.
- Coordinate daily with the distributors in order to receive orders and ensure timely executions of supply of products to the distributors.
- Establish a liaison with distributors to seek flexibility for payment terms for certain shops in order to generate sales and achieve targets.
- Act as a mediator in resolving payment issues between distributors and shops.
- Ensure space availability within the distributors warehouses and supply wings to minimize risk of having damage goods.
- Monitor the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of goods, manage coordination with retailers to ensure product availability based on area wise SKUs in order to generate sales and revenue.
- Engage to acquire advance booking for products in coordination with wholesalers.
- Liaise with wholesalers to meet high volume of product requirements and assist in ensuring targets are achieved.
- Ensure availability and visibility of premium and regular products ranges at all IMT (International Modern Trade) and LMT (Local Modern Trade).
- Monitor the sales team to ensure the implementation of FIFO is carried out for all products of EBM.
- Seek to create a win-win situation between the customers and shoppers by implementing the SOPs of Customer Management.
- Provide visibility to the direct reports for on-going promotions of products.
