Territory Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and manage our operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the petroleum industry, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Drive revenue growth through sales of petroleum products, services, and solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Achieve sales targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the territory.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management within the petroleum or energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of petroleum products, industry standards, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
