Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans to achieve set targets.
  • Retail Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors in the assigned territory to strengthen the retail network.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective strategies.
  • Brand Visibility: Ensure optimal brand visibility through effective product placement and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a preference for candidates with beverage sales expertise.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
    • Thorough knowledge of the Lahore retail market.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
