Territorial Sales Officer

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Officer (TSO) / Order Booker. This position involves managing sales activities within a designated geographic area, generating sales orders from both existing and potential customers, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, increasing brand awareness, and driving product sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory.

3. Contact existing and potential customers to promote products and generate sales orders.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional service.

5. Coordinate with sales representatives and distributors to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.

8. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to clients as needed.

9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

10. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.

7. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

8. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

9. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and market trends.

10. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
