Yugo is Pakistan's premier travel services company, providing a full range of travel and tour services. As we expand our offerings, we are looking to hire dedicated and results-driven Telesales Visa Consultants to handle inquiries and convert leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Conversion and Sales:
- Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to introduce Yugo’s visa consultancy services.
- Understand clients' needs regarding travel visas and provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns into confirmed clients by providing accurate and persuasive information about visa services.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective telesales techniques.
2.Client Consultation:
- Offer expert advice to clients about visa requirements, processes, and documentation for various countries.
- Provide detailed information on travel visa options, including application timelines, fees, and prerequisites.
- Assist clients with the complete visa application process, ensuring proper guidance and compliance with country-specific regulations.
3.Follow-ups and Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients who have expressed interest but have not yet committed to a service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep an updated record of all interactions and status of leads in the CRM (Bitrix24) for tracking and reporting purposes.
4.Market Research and Knowledge:
- Stay updated on visa regulations and any changes in international travel requirements for major destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Continuously improve knowledge of visa processes and adapt sales approaches based on market trends and client feedback.
5.Problem Resolution:
- Address client concerns, handle objections, and provide solutions to any issues or challenges that arise during the sales or visa process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve visa application delays or complications efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or visa consultancy, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant visa solutions.
- Familiarity with visa application procedures for multiple countries.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Bitrix24 is a plus).
- Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales goals.
