Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build long-term relationships with customers. As a Tele sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services to potential customers, identifying opportunities, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Nippon Energy’s products and services.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, consistently following up to close sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role (experience in the energy or utilities sector is a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office software (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
