Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Karāchi for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Computer literate and able to learn and navigate new software quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferably: 1 - 2 years experienced, but freshers can also apply and should have knowledge about digital marketing.
