Telesales Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of pure sales experience to drive our sales efforts through proactive communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals over the phone.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and promote our products and services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive sales.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market competition to effectively position our solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
