Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of pure sales experience to drive our sales efforts through proactive communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telesales or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections in a professional manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
