Attornea is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our legal services, and converting leads into customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone to present and promote Attornea’s legal services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate legal solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales techniques.
- Stay updated on Attornea’s services and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
