We are seeking a talented and results-driven Telesales Marketing Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales and possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services and identifying their needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective customers.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telesales efforts with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
