Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.

Building and managing a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.

Engaging potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and how our products/services can address them.

Presenting our products/services compellingly and highlighting their value propositions.

Handling objections and concerns from potential customers, turning them into opportunities for further engagement.

Closing sales deals and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Collaborating with the sales team to refine sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.

Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to better position our products/services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or related roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone.

Persuasive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Excellent objection-handling skills and the ability to turn objections into opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads and tracking progress.

High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in English is a plus.

Sales experience would be advantageous.
