Telesales Representative

 

Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and cold calling lists.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and present compelling product/service offerings.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote our solutions, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
